Mitt arbetet omfattade att förenkla och utveckla informativ kommunikation genom kundvänliga lösningar, samt att skapa enkel, tydlig och språkoberoende kommunikation i alla medier. Detta innebär att jag skapade monteringslösningar och anvisningar (sv/vit linedrawings) till merparten av IKEA:s Möbelsortiment.
Med andra ord, lista ut det enklaste sättet att montera IKEA produkter och sedan visualisera monteringen i tydliga pedagogiska steg... och så jobbar jag än idag.
